From Beauty-related jargons and buzzwords to Fair Trade, think you understand well enough? Or maybe not. As beauty bloggers, we are always on the road to discovery when it comes to beauty and anything that relates to beauty, so why not explore the deeper and innermost part of the world of beauty with me?

All links are listed chronologically from the latest on top, to the earliest at the bottom.

  • Beauty Jargons: Don't know your AHAs from your UVBs? Check out this glossary of tricky makeup and skin-care terms to make beauty jargon as simple as ABC.
  • Fair Trade: In simple terms, Fair Trade is trade in which fair payment is made to the producers of the goods. Consumers pay a little extra bit to get a product that they know has been ethically produced. However, the concept of fair trade is a more complex issue which raises many questions.
  • Structure of Skin: Imagine a slightly flat cream cake slice with three main layers sandwiched together and lots of thinner ones within them. Our skin is just like that. The main layers are the epidermis. the top layer we see and touch; next comes the dermis; and underneath that, the subcutaneous fatty layer.
  • Skin Type & Caring: Even the most amazing products won't do squat if they're not meant for your type.
