The scent of orange hits you as soon as you unscrew the cap and remove the silver foil, and the scent doesn't make you feel nauseous.

The product itself is actually creamy, and despite having a little of the "stinging" sensation which majority of deep-cleansing masks have, I find that it doesn't over-sting. The "stinging" sensation actually makes it feel as if it's really deep-cleansing your skin.

VERDICT: The first thing that hits you as soon as you flipped the lid open is the wonderful fresh scent of oranges. Despite containing bergamot, I can't really get any bergamot scent since I personally don't really recall or know how exactly bergamot is supposed to smell like. But what I can personally assure you is that, the scent of orange doesn't make you feel nauseous at all. Instead, it smelled so clean and fresh so much so that I was really tempted to use it immediately after the first time.

What I love about this product is that, it's actually creamy enough to spread. Although I do have to warn you that it takes just a little effort to squeeze out of the tube itself. I normally use a mask brush to spread it around my face evenly, and the mask brush does a pretty good job of ensuring that my skin is well coated evenly with this mud mask. And unfortunately, it really takes time and effort to wash the dried mask off my face thoroughly. Hence, I tend to use this mask before stepping into the shower to do my daily shower regime.

Personally, my skin can get really angsty sometimes and certain products might seemingly work before it ultimately turns out to be a dud. Or the other way around, not that I haven't notice. But from the first few times I've started using this mud mask, my skin wasn't irritated at all and there were no visible side- and unwanted-effects post usage. Instead, I've noticed that my skin feels slightly more cleaner and refreshed than before. And since I use this mud mask at least only once or twice a week, I've noticed that my skin still hasn't encountered any bad side- or after-effects from using this.

The only drawback is that, this product is increasingly difficult to find and buy in Singapore as I personally would love to try their other various products.

VERDICT: ✓✓✓

WHAT I THINK: The orange scent is wonderfully fresh and delicious and the product gave my skin this slight "stinging" sensation that seemed to indicate it is working deep into my pores, it's not that uncomfortable. And my skin felt cleaner and looked refreshed after each usage.

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: So far, there's no sample redemption available, not even on Formula 10.0.6 Singapore Facebook page too. I've tried "stalking" their Facebook page to see if there's any hope that Watsons will be restocked, but to no avail. So, if you really want to try any Formula 10.0.6 products, you might probably have to order them online instead :(
