Samples Received/Redeemed: November 2013

So, I've come to a decision for now. Samples Received/Redeemed posts will be consolidated and posted up towards the end of every month. As mentioned before in my previous Samples Received/Redeemed post, some weeks I could have received only 1 sample or even none. While some weeks, I might received so much I might have to split them into 2 separate weekly posts instead. And I got thinking, since I've already diligently posted up samples/freebies link to my Facebook page, all that's left for the "aftermath" of it is to post them up on this blog once I received the samples.

Regular samples/freebies requesters would have realized that some companies are prompt in sending out samples while some can take somewhat forever with no news at all. At least a monthly consolidated post would showcase the samples that are received within the month. And also, I've decided to stop updating several sub-tabs under the Win Something tab. In short, Facebook: Lucky Draw and Facebook: Daily Contests won't be updated. On the contrary, if the prizes seems worth winning, I'll post up relevant links on my Facebook page instead. Let's just say I'm "saving" those precious spaces for something else in the near future.

Anyways, without further yapping from me, here's a look at November's freebies, samples received & redeemed and goodies I've bought for myself and/or discovered.

Guardian Plus
Guardian Health & Beauty Facebook previously had this ongoing X'mas-related app called Guardian Plus where you send gift packs to your friends. Whoever sends one back to you in return makes you eligible to redeem a Gift Pack for yourself. I went for the For Her free pack since obviously, I'm a female LOL The Gift Pack is valued at S$25 and seems quite awesome, in my humble opinion. At least the good part is that, we can redeem it at Takashimaya Orchard instead of going to Tampines. I still remember having to travel all the way to Tampines to receive my CNY prizes LOOL Anyhows, here's the goodies in my Guardian Plus Gift pack.

Guardian Plus
  • Woods' Peppermint Lozenges x 1 @ 15g
  • Pharmaton CorActive x 1 tab (4 Capsules)

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Go over to Guardian Health & Beauty Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/guardiansg, Like the page first. Next, look for this app called Guardian Plus. You need to send at least 3 gifts to 3 friends and the first one who sends back the gift to you will let you be able to redeem the Gift Pack of your choice :) Good Luck!

Neutrogena
I personally love how the green of this sample tube looks like. It's so zen-ish looking LOL It's worth 15g, good for half a week's usage if you use it once a day though. Hmm...

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Ssampling has already ended. However, I still urge you to be a fan of their facebook page to be informed/updated on the latest sampling activity. Go over to Neutrogena Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/NeutrogenaSG, and Like their page.

Beauty By Nature
I was a little curious about the shower gels and bath salts that can be found in all Beauty by Nature outlets and finally decided to grab these 2 babies while at it.

  • Mint-Lavender Scrub Salt @ 400g
  • Mint-Lavender Shower Gel @ 600ml

The scent is so minty and refreshing I was instantly sold. Not to mention that staff there was more than eager to let me test-sniff almost everything LOL

Beauty By Nature
And I got these samples for my purchase too:

  • Nuxe Body Fondant Shower Gel x 1 @ 50ml
  • Nuxe 24hr Soothing and Moisturizing Emulsion x 1 @ 15ml
  • Nuxe Fondant Cleansing Gel x 1 @ 15ml
  • trilogy Refresh & Shine Conditioner x 1 @ 30ml

Beauty By Nature
And because November was my birthday month, I was eligible to redeem a birthday gift pack as well.

Beauty By Nature
Here's a peek at what's inside the box. And seriously, I've never seen a sales staff so happy in my entire life before. She actually made me feel as if I was her fairy godmother despite only paying less than S$50 for my total purchases xD

Beauty By Nature
My birthday gift pack freebies includes:

  • Lierac Initiatic Energizing Smoothing Fluid Early Wrinkle Correction x 1 @ 10ml
  • Evolu Recovery Day Cream Skin-Calming Replenishment x 1 @ 75ml
  • Le Petit Olivier Bio Organic Care Shampoo x 1 @ 250ml

Beauty By Nature
  • Nuxe Anti-Fatigue Moisturizing Cream x 1 @ 15ml
  • Nuxe Brightening Cleansing Foam x 1 @ 15ml
  • Nuxe Visible Expression Lines Fluid x 1 @ 15ml
  • Nuxe Visible Expression Lines Cream x 1 @ 15ml
  • Nuxe 24hr Soothing and Moisturizing Emulsion x 1 @ 15ml
  • Nuxe 24hr Soothing and Rehydrating Fresh Mask x 1 @ 15ml
  • Nuxe Clarifying Cream Mask x 1 @ 15ml

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: If your birthday is coming, you will receive a flyer in your mailbox informing you that you are eligible to redeema birthday gift pack from any Beauty by Nature outlets in Singapore. And the flyer itself also gives you 25% discount on any purchases. Coupled with my "chop-chop" membership card, I get additional 10% discount as well.

franc franc
I bought a Power Essence Watering Gel Cream in Frangipani scent. They have other scents too, but this Frangipani scent is so much gentler to my nose. And along the way, I bought a multi-purpose pouch that was on discount at francfranc Vivo City. It was originally S$23, but I only end up paying S$6.90 for it. It's about due time I get a proper pouch for my membership cards LOL Using a container only gives me bruises on my thigh :(

franc franc
Here's how the pouch looks like after I stuffed it full of my cards xD

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: No samples are available for bringing home. On the contrary, whatever can be tried or sniffed at are all placed alongside their products.

Milo
Milo was previously having some sort of photo contest giveaway, and I only found out about it quite late. But luckily, PepperSung told me about it, which in turn, I quickly shared the link on my Facebook page. Majority of the best prizes were already fully redeemed, so I had to settle for the tumbler prize instead.

To top it off, nobody from Milo called to confirm my pick-up date for the prize, not even a sight of any email despite the redemption letter claming so. I finally managed to made it to the pick-up point for collection only to be told by the receptionist that the redemption period is over. I sort of "argued" my case politely and informed her that despite the letter claiming that a representative will call and confirm a pick-up time and date, I didn't receive any phone call or email at all. And in the end, I was allowed to collect my prize. Phew~

Milo
400g Milo powder pack and a Milo tumbler.

Milo
The lid/cap looks easy to "operate" on since I'm just sometimes plain lazy to operate a mug that takes too much steps to use LOL

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Redemption is already over as all items have been fully redeemed.

The Sample Store previously had a new Sponsored Sample up for grabs, and it was just a sad Darlie toothpaste. I'm actually getting lethargic from the over-abundance of toothpaste samples I'm probably going to hate using them for a while now :/ So, I sort of waited and baited until they came up with another new sample and grab them both at once.

The Sample Store
Bioessence Aqua Droplet Sleeping Beauty Mask x 2 sachets @ 3g each.

The Sample Store
Inside peek at the sample pouch itself.

The Sample Store
Darlie Double Action Enamel Protect Toothpaste x 1 @ 50g

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: As long as you have an account with The Sample Store and also have enough points, you are able to redeem these samples. Just go over to https://www.samplestore.com/site/home, click on the Sponsored Samples link and click on the items you want to redeem. Simple as cake. By the way, Sponsored Samples meant "Free Delivery". So, even if you have no money a.k.a credits in your account, you can still redeem them as long as you have points in your accounts, which is accumulated when you review products.

Black Box December

Kracie Ichikami Hair Treatment Review

WHAT IS IT: Kracie Ichikami Hair Treatment
Kracie Ichikami Hair Treatment

THE PRODUCT(S):
Kracie Ichikami Hair Treatment
Kracie Ichikami Hair Treatment: Kanebo ICHIKAMI Treatment uses hair care ingredients which are well known since ancient Japan, combining pure Japanese herbal essences with rice bran for a hair care line that repairs and moisturizes damaged hair! It uses different natural oils to increase elasticity and strengthen hair, resisting damage caused by excessive brushing, to make hair extra smooth and keep hair soft and moisturized. The product gives untamable hair a smooth and manageable feel. It comes with a gentle wild cherry blossom aroma and is a perfect solution to dry and damaged hair!

Kracie Ichikami Hair Treatment
The scent is just splendid and my hair felt so soft and smooth for an entire week, despite only using it once a week.

Kracie Ichikami Hair Treatment
This hair treatment is easily rinsed off without leaving any residue behind on my hair or scalp.

VERDICT: Firstly, the scent is just pure heavenly. One whiff of it and you're hooked onto it for life, figuratively at least LOL All my life, I've used products with a variety of scents and while some have seemingly lovely scent in the beginning, it slowly turned to regular hair products scent without me noticing it. Thus turning a good product to a somewhat ordinary product. But fast forward from the 90s until now, and we all cannot deny that hair products are gradually not only getting more, but also smelling nicer than before.

Despite the product looking thick, it actually spreads easily onto my hair without too much effort needed at all. And while I left the product to work it's magic on my hair, I just go forth and do my remaining shower regime. Examples would be facial cleansing, body exfoliating, so on and so forth. I've had friends who commented that they're a little too lazy to wait for that X amount of minutes needed to leave hair treatment products on their head. And frankly speaking, I sometimes feel the same way too. Hence, I would greatly recommend starting your shower regime by washing your hair first, followed by applying your hair conditioner and/or hair treatment product before moving on to other areas of your shower regime. This gives you enough time to leave the product in your hair to do it's magic.

To sum it all, I approached the time-frame needed to leave this product on my hair while focusing on my other shower regime activities. And the result? Smooth, soft and silky tresses that lasts an entire week. Nope, I'm not kidding here. Despite my hair getting tangled up rather easily since I tend to be really lazy and bun up my hair. I used hair conditioner and hair treatment products a total of once a week only. And that 2 times per week actually lets my hair stay soft, smooth and tangle-free for up to a whole week.

And the after-shower scent of my hair, ohmygawd, the faint subtle scent of cherry blossoms are just a perk-me-up for my personal senses. And in actuality, I am a huge fan of anything and everything Japanese, hence, the cherry blossom scent already had me sold to this Ichikami Kracie products even before trying it out for the very first time. Although the main issue here is that I have flaky scalp, which makes using the shampoo itself out of the question. But when my scalp is back to it's almost original state, that's when I go mad and keep using the shampoo as much as I possibly can xD

I mean, who can resist having soft, smooth, silky, tangle-free and manageable hair without having to fork out so much money by going to a hair salon. I'll take this affordable and sweet scent hair products from Ichikami Kracie anytime.

VERDICT: ✓✓✓

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: I redeemed this Kracie Ichikami Hair Treatment sample from The Sample Store when delivery charges were still somewhat decent. Now, I only redeemed free products from The Sample Store, provided it's free-delivery a.k.a Sponsored Samples. I'm just glad I actually redeemed this sample as the scent is pleasant, the product smoothed out my always tangled-up straight hair while at the same time making my hair so much more manageable than before.

If you intend to sign up for a free account from The Sample Store just to get Free-Delivery samples a.k.a Sponsored Samples, just sign up for an account via my referral link stated in the Referral tab in the header bar above :D

Mizon Trouble Clinic All In One Snail Repair Cream Review

WHAT IS IT: Mizon Trouble Clinic All In One Snail Repair Cream
Mizon Trouble Clinic All In One Snail Repair Cream

THE PRODUCT(S):
Mizon Trouble Clinic All In One Snail Repair Cream
Mizon Trouble Clinic All In One Snail Repair Cream: Mucin, known for snail slime, has outstanding skin recovery effect. This ingredient restores skin swiftly and delivers various active ingredients deep in skin to reinforce skin’s own re-productivity. Containing E.G.F, which is a cell component which decreases starting from age 25, and this proceeds skin aging.

Snail repair eye cream containing E.G.F helps eye skin maintain elastic and bright. Niacinamide contained in Snail Repair Eye Cream is an announced factor for whitening, controls melanin produce around eye skin to make your skin bright and shiny. Tight Texture Increases Absorption and filtered snail slime’s own texture contained in eye cream. You can spread gently on skin and feel moisturized for longer. It helps to increase absorption not to leave sticky feeling.

This original snail mucus takes care of your all kind of skin problems in all-in-one skin care system on your first skin care step. It repairs tired and aging skin to be rejuvenating and it also the first protector of your naked skin.

Mizon Trouble Clinic All In One Snail Repair Cream
Practically scent-free to my old but trusty nose, although I am starting to feel that snail mucin cream doesn't seem to be working on my acne and blemish scars anymore. If not, it just gives my skin bad side reaction from using them.

VERDICT: First of all, I cannot seem to "detect" any sort of scent to this product. Although on a side note, I do have to agree that if there's some sort of scent attached to any snail mucin cream, it would have been a turn-off to use in the first place. And on the other hand, if artificial scent(s) are used, it would have been kinda fake since we all know garden snails don't really smell like flowers in the first place.

To be honest, I never had any problems with acnes, pimples and the likes during my school years. It's as if my skin was invincible. It was only after I've had enough with the schooling system in Singapore and the fact that school teachers in my school just don't know their subjects when they taught. Anyways, after I left school and started a life of work that acnes and pimples started to really catch up with me. And currently, I'm having acne and pimple issues on a really regular basis. Almost to the point of frustration with my skin on a daily basis.

Despite the product being all slime-y (ish) since it's supposed to be snail mucin, it didn't feel yucky yet. As soon as I apply the product to my skin, it gets absorbed almost instantly with only a few gentle rubs and pats. And although the product is actually white with a thick consistency, I am happy and glad that it didn't leave a white residue nor a whitish layer on my skin after application at all. And the best part? I would probably have used it as a facial moisturizer if the product comes in a name-less or un-informative container/sample sachet as it feels almost similar to facial moisturizers. You know, the ease of absorption, feels lightweight, blah blah.

As I'm not someone who tend to smear products on a huge amount, so I tend to use products like these sparingly as I've already mentioned previously. Snail Mucin cream either doesn't work on my skin or it just gives me a bad reaction from using it. Sad to say, I managed to use this sample sachet for close to 3 weeks on a really sparingly basis and still no good news. Let's just say, I have to admit the fact that I have a special skin condition that doesn't react to any type of snail mucin cream products efficiently and well-enough at all. In fact, my skin felt better albeit the acne, pimple and blemish scars just looked pretty much the same before I use this product.

VERDICT:

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Venus Beauty mailed out this sample including other beauty product samples to me during my birthday month last year. But I have a feeling that their physical stores should have sample sachets for the products they carry. And as usual, just because this product doesn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you.

Each and everyone's skin conditions, problems and woes may look/seem similar but could totally be different from one another. So, I would urge you to ask for a sample sachet to try out and judge/gauge for yourself. Let's just say, my skin doesn't have any type of reaction from any snail mucin cream anymore.

Why not like my Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PuNiaosProductReviews to be informed of latest samples I found, which is duly updated? Also includes updates to health, beauty & lifestyle tips at least once a day. It will definitely save you the trouble of having to hunt them down :)

Samples Received/Redeemed: 07 Oct - 31 Oct 2013

It feels like forever since I last posted here, and kindly allow me to explain what on earth happened. Firstly, my work schedule's been kinda hectic, so it's actually a little hard to find time to blog, hence the sudden short 1-month hiatus without any updates or whatsoever.

Secondly, I'm also brainstorming on how my reviews can be better. I know I sometimes tend to go a little off-topic and wandered off somewhere in my post(s). Hence, I was also thinking how I can make the off-topic parts become more relevant to the blog post itself.

And thirdly, I've also noticed that some week(s), I might only get less than 2 samples and/or freebies or even none at all. Therefore, I was contemplating of shifting and accumulating the "Samples Received/Redeemed" posts. In short, if I only have less than 3 samples this week, I'll bring the post forward to next Saturday instead where when 2 weeks are combined, there will slightly be more samples and freebies mentioned in my "Samples Received/Redeemed" posts. This wouldn't make Saturday's post look sad with only 1 or 2 samples/freebies being mentioned. So technically, depending on the amount of samples/freebies I get, it will either be a weekly "Samples Received/Redeemed" post or once every 2 weeks instead.

Anyways, it's still in the planning process, so I'll just stop my yapping here and proceed right back to the topic, "Samples Received/Redeemed" from 07 October to 31 October. Note that there's a total of 32 photos for this post, so if it gets a little laggy, I kindly and humbly beg for your forgiveness in the slowness that Blogger has to go through before all the photos are fully loaded. Go Go Go~

Xndo Japanese Chicken Rice
Xndo was previously hosting a giveaway on their Facebook page, and since the prize looked tempting, I decided to give it a go by joining. I wasn't expecting to win anyway, since I'm not the only few fans and everyone just loves free food LOL So, imagine my surprise when my name was mentioned in their Xndo's GIVE AWAY No.2. Although the fact that having my photo taken creeps me out a little and the fact that I ended up applying a light layer of makeup to conceal my acne scars and blemishes before showing up at Jurong Point to collect my prize. I was just lucky that the staffs at Xndo Jurong Point didn't encounter this before, hence I was spared from having my photo taken. If only I knew, I wouldn't even put on any makeup LOL

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Currently, Xndo is hosting their 5th giveaway, with the prize being the 195kcal Xndo Laksa. If you are interested to join, head over to Xndo Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Xndo/115228027387 and join their giveaway contest simply by "Liking & Sharing" the relevant post for a chance. 10 winners for each prize, if I may add.

I got to know about The Sample Store's latest free-postage samples and went on to redeem my goodies. But let's just say, with the revamp comes more disappointment. Products only last for 3 weeks before it expires. What if I intend to redeem these products cos I have an overseas trip sometime around December. Wouldn't the redemption and the products have gone to waste if it expires at the end of October when I intend to use it only in December?

The Sample Store
Here's a look at the new revamped packaging, the previous packaging is a brown envelope. Although it feels like receiving presents for samples that we have to pay postage for, now the other worrying issue is when the samples expire. Kinda exasperating, if you were to ask me.

The Sample Store
The Sample Store is having an Instagram contest, which simply put, I have no interest in joining. Having an instagram account is so over-rated, I wonder how they will decide the winners. Personally, I think Instagram contests can get messy somehow, I still prefer those blog or Facebook pages contest where it's easy to keep track of who followed the rules and who didn't. Although I have to admit that via Instagram, it's much more easier to keep track of who's still following you and who didn't, in the event you need to find out if a contestant decided to un-Like you befoer the contest ends.

The Sample Store
It's a box of Hada Labo es samples.

The Sample Store
And on the back of the packaging, are the products/samples that are available inside the box itself.

The Sample Store
From left to right:

  • Hada Labo es Foam Wash @ 80ml
  • Hada Labo es Makeup Remover @ 30ml
  • Hada Labo es Lotion @ 30ml
  • Hada Labo es Milk @ 30ml

The Sample Store
And here's a look at the expiry date, 31 October 2013. I received this sample package just shortly under 2.5 week, and it's not enough time to use it fully for 3 weeks. Disappointing..

The Sample Store
Along the way, I waited for 2 days later to get my hands on another 2 more free-postage samples. But to my disappointment, one of them was fully redeemed, which left me with this one. It was the Essential Intensive Hair Mask series, namely Nuance Airy and Rich Premier. Unfortunately, Rich Premier was fully redeemed so I could only get my grubby and clammy hands on the Nuance Airy instead.

The Sample Store
Here's a peak inside the intensive hair mask sample package. Each sachet is 15g, more than enough for my shoulder-length hair.

The Sample Store
The sample pouch even comes with a Hair Mask Trivia too.

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Basically, The Sample Store has increased/revised their postage fees once more and I still find the amount way too expensive. Going out of the house to Orchard Road to collect various samples (a.k.a transport journey money) is more cheaper than The Sample Store postage fee. On the other hand, if you want an account to just simply only redeem samples with Free-Postage and/or Free-Delivery, you can do so at my sign-up referral link above, it's under the Referral tab on the header. Currently, I'm just keeping my eyes tight on the section that says Sponsored Samples on The Sample Store website, as Sponsored Samples generally meant that postage is free/waived.

Black Box October
So, Black Box decided to have a balloting for their bi-monthly free beauty box simply because some of us who initially registered with them did not get our fixed bi-monthly beauty box while some didn't even get a hint of reply on whether they are eligible or not. It was rather frustrating that they do not simply increase the amount of free boxes at all to suit the overall supply-and-demand chain that's going on. Let's just say, I was lucky enough to get a chance to get my hands on the October box via the new ballot system, and I'm confirmed and guaranteed to get the December one as well.

Black Box October
So as usual, a card informing you how lucky you are to get your hands on the current Black Box that you are currently holding in your hands LOL For me, I'm just going "Phew! Thank Gawd I got it.."

Black Box October
And on the back of the card are the list of items available in your current Black Box. Let's just say mine's a little weird, instead of the mentioned eye-mask, I got a full facial mask. And instead of Cleansing Lotion, it's a Cleansing Lotion in cotton pad form. And the pack of tea is missing. Hmm...

Black Box October
And the available vouchers that are available. I won't list them one by one, but let's just say, it's almost the same few discount vouchers in your previous Black Boxes that you have received.

Black Box October
From left to right:

  • VDL CC Cream SPF25 PA+++ x 1 @ 40ml
  • SexyLook Escargot Extract Cotton Mask Sheet x 1 @ 30ml

Black Box October
From left to right:

  • Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse x 1 @ 10ml
  • Bifesta Sebum Cleansing Lotion (Cotton Type) x 1 @ 11.8ml
  • Darlie Double Action Enamel Protect Toothpaste x 1 @ 50g

Black Box October
A package of Zappy wipes. I've heard so much about Zappy wipes, but never got around to getting a.k.a buying them to try out. So, a humble chance to get a few packs in my October 2013 Black Box. Is it me or am I getting s whiff of wipes somewhere?

Black Box October
From left to right, top to bottom:

  • Zappy After Sports Wipes x 1
  • Zappy Ultimate x 1
  • Zappy Sun System Sunscreen Wipes x 1
  • Zappy Insect Repellent Wipes x 1
  • Zappy Boy Alcohol Wipe x 1

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: To stand a chance to get your very own Black Box, you will first need to subscribe to Black Box at http://www.blackbox.sg/. Next, keep a lookout in your email inbox. When it's time for the next Black Box to make it's appearance, an email will be sent to you informing you that balloting is up. Let's hope I'm forever that lucky in securing my Black Box bimonthly via the Balloting system LOL

Cetaphil
So, my birthday is approaching and as usual every year, Cetaphil mailed me a S$3 discount voucher.

Cetaphil
And this year, I got to make an empty present box. I never quite understand this though. If I'm supposed to put my pressie inside that box, wouldn't it be a little too small to shove in a 1 litre cleanser into a box meant for a small fashion accessory? ^^;

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: As long as you have registed with Cetaphil Singapore Facebook page for samples before, your information will be stored in their database. When your birthday approaches, you will definitely get a birthday voucher to use. 2nd time running that I am using the voucher as a wall decoration, to be honest.

I found out about this giveaway via MdmCheapo and joined. Instead of a free-for-all sample giveaway, only selected winners are chosen. Wasn't expecting to win as well, since I have terribly bad luck at winning food-related stuffs in the first place.

Ayam Brand
So, I got 2 cans of Ayam Brand Sardines, flavours are Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Green Peppercorn and each can weighs 120g.

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Giveaway is over.

Daily Vanity X Elizabeth Arden
Daily Vanity had a giveaway, and the prize was a Elizabeth Arden lipstick. I was kinda eyeing the light red/pinkish tone one, but got a fig-colored lipstick instead. And the color actually looks "dark" :O

By the way, you can use this coupon code: evelyn to get 10% discount off already heavily-discounted beauty products when you make a purchase at Daily Vanity e-shop over at http://dailyvanity.com/shop/. Do note that this coupon code: evelyn will expire on 30 November 2013, so get your beauty fixes and products

Daily Vanity X Elizabeth Arden
Here's a peek at the Elizabeth Arden lipstick I won!!

Daily Vanity X Elizabeth Arden
Even the container itself is gold. So atas!! LOL

Daily Vanity X Elizabeth Arden
I won the Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Moisturizing Lipstick in Fig, very dark wor!!!

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Daily Vanity Facebook page has regular giveaways, to join simply go over to https://www.facebook.com/dailyvanity and follow the instructions on the relevant posts to join. And good luck!!

I needed socks, and I love the Japanese version. So, off to Daiso for some cheap hauls!!!

Daiso Haul
Currently, my tea packs stash is getting dangerously low. I love coffee, but I love tea too. And my teabags also tore when removing from the box itself, which resulted in tea leafs deep-diving in my water bottle. Kinda icky to think about the fact that I may have remnants of tea leaves stuck on my teeth. I don't which is worse? Food or tea leaves stuck on teeth..

Daiso Haul
Then, I went crazy on stock up on all available black-ish tabi socks that I need for work. Toe socks are getting more and more expensive, hence I switched over to tabi socks. And since Daiso sells them for S$2 a pair, it's already cheap enough for me.

Daiso Haul
I bought a combination of men and women tabi socks in all. Pretty sure I'm well known for my sock purchase ROFL

Guardian Haul
And I've been eyeing these babies for months on end already and each time, I kept forgetting to get them. Since November is my birthday month, I decided to "splurge" a little on these masks. Yes, I am crazy for masks, especially the clay and peeling ones as I like my skin clean and detoxed since I have clogged pores. The masks includes, from left to right, top to bottom:

  • Facial Anti-Stress Dead Sea Minerals @ 150ml
  • Facial Purifying Clay Mask Açaí @ 150ml
  • Facial Revealing Peel-Off Pomegranate @ 150ml
  • Facial Clay Mask Miny & Lemon @ 150ml
  • Facial Polishing Mask Charcoal & Black Sugar @ 150ml

All these masks retails at under S$7 a tube at all Guardian Pharmacy outlets.

WHERE TO REDEEM SAMPLE: Unfortunately, there's no samples for Daiso and Guardian pharmacy.

Ezyhealth QV Promo
This time round, I won the QV Facial Set. And as usual, I'm more familiar with the place as it's my second time going over to Science Park Centre for my prize redemption. Wasn't exactly expecting a bus-full of passengers who stare and wonder why on earth did I get off the bus in the middle of nowhere. As Science Park Centre is more office than retail mall territory LOL
